Hi, I’m Lisa
Twenty years ago, my doctor told me I needed to slow down. I thought he didn’t get me. What I needed—surely—were three more hours in the day and a world that cooperated just a little more.
Two years later, I was in a wheelchair, with pain cascading through my joints in relentless cycles. I moved in and out of disability for 15 years. And I learned to slow down. I learned to be in my body, even when it hurt. I learned more than I can write here—but not more than I can share.
This space exists because slowing down became my passion.
Embodiment continues to be a series of revelations — ones that transform my ideas into lived experience and make wholeness, belonging and wonder available.
Intentional coherence has improved every relationship I have.
And so, I practice—and invite you to join me.
